Templates
Each template is a production-ready n8n workflow, adapted to your stack in 2 to 3 days. Swap any tool at any step. The architecture does not change.
A webhook takes a LinkedIn URL or email. Perplexity pulls 90 days of company news, funding, and headcount shifts. Claude Sonnet scores against your ICP JSON and writes a 3-sentence opener referencing one specific signal. Smartlead queues the email at 9:45am local; Expandi fires the LinkedIn touch 36 hours later. End-to-end: under 3 minutes per prospect.
Fireflies emits the transcript.ready webhook. n8n passes the transcript to Claude Sonnet with a strict JSON schema (decisions, actions with owners and due dates, blockers, follow-ups). Owners resolve by fuzzy-matching speaker names to your Notion people DB. Each action writes a row in the project page; Slack pings every assignee with a deep link. P95 latency call-ends to Slack-ping: 72 seconds.
Calendly fires the invitee.created event. Clay enriches the email (company, headcount, tech stack, LinkedIn). Claude Haiku picks the right rep from your round-robin config using tier rules (enterprise → enterprise AE, under 10 seats → PLG rep). HubSpot gets the contact plus deal in one upsert. The rep Slack DM lands with the prospect company, 3-bullet context, and the two most recent LinkedIn posts. All inside 18 seconds.
Gmail push-notifies on every new message. Claude Haiku classifies in 400ms into one of 7 labels (client, sales-inbound, sales-outbound-reply, vendor, admin, newsletter, noise). Haiku applies the label, then drafts a reply in your voice (fine-tuned on your last 200 sent emails) as a Gmail draft inside the thread. If urgent, a Slack DM fires. Inbox-zero becomes a 15-minute review job, not a 2-hour typing job.
A Gmail label or Drive folder triggers the run. LlamaParse extracts text from the PDF (handles tables, multi-column, bad scans). Claude Sonnet returns a strict schema: vendor, invoice number, date, subtotal, tax, total, currency, line items. A QuickBooks bill is created against the vendor record (or the vendor is auto-created); line items map to the right expense accounts via a lookup table you own. An audit row lands in Notion with the original PDF attached. Month-end reconciliation drops from 6 hours to 20 minutes.
Drop a YouTube URL into a Slack /repurpose command or a Notion row. n8n pulls auto-captions via the YouTube Data API (falls back to Whisper). Claude Sonnet runs 5 separate prompts with platform-specific word budgets: 550-word LinkedIn, 7-tweet X thread, 380-word newsletter section, 180-char Instagram caption with 5 researched hashtags, 75-second TikTok script. Typefully and Buffer each receive their queue via API. Review happens in one Notion page. Publish is one click.
A Drive folder or Shopify admin upload triggers the run. Gemini 2.5 Vision describes each shot in structured form (subject, background type, lighting issues, crop problems). Gemini 2.5 Flash Image re-generates the product on a clean studio backdrop, prompt derived from the vision output. Real-ESRGAN upscales to 4096px. Output files named {sku}-{variant}-{hash}.webp write back to Shopify product media via the Admin API, or to Drive. 200 product shots in 40 minutes wall time at about $6 in model spend.
A Notion watchlist holds 10 to 20 creators in your niche. Every 6 hours, Apify scrapes their latest posts. When one crosses your engagement threshold (default: 3x the creator's 30-day rolling median), every commenter is pulled. Clay enriches: email, company, role, company size. Claude scores each against your ICP JSON and returns tier A|B|C with a one-line reason. A-tier lands in HubSpot with the post URL and their comment as the signal field. A single viral post typically yields 4 to 12 qualified leads.
A client completes your 12-question Typeform. n8n catches the submit, validates required fields (if missing, the client gets a clarifier email, not a broken brief). Claude Sonnet transforms raw answers into your house brief structure: objectives, audience, deliverables, timeline, success metrics, constraints. Output writes to Google Docs via the Docs API using your master template. A Slack thread opens in #briefs with three sign-off checkboxes. On approval the doc moves to the client folder and a ClickUp project is created. Lead-to-kickoff compresses from 4 days to same-day.
One workflow does the ingest: pulls Notion pages, Drive docs, PDFs, and 90 days of Slack channels on a nightly cron. Content chunked at 800 tokens with 100-token overlap; OpenAI text-embedding-3-large (3072 dims) writes into Qdrant with per-chunk metadata (source URL, last-updated, ACL tags). A second workflow is the chat loop: Slack @ask mention fires, top-8 chunks retrieved via vector search, re-ranked by Cohere Rerank, and Claude Sonnet answers with inline [1] [2] citations. P95 response: 3.2 seconds. New-joiner ramp time typically halves.
Stripe webhooks charge.succeeded, charge.refunded, and invoice.paid hit n8n. The customer email is looked up in QuickBooks; if missing, a customer record is created from Stripe metadata. Every successful charge writes a sales receipt against the right income account based on the Stripe product tag. Refunds post a credit memo linked to the original receipt. Any charge over your threshold (default $1k) pings #revenue in Slack. A Notion ledger holds the full audit trail with the raw Stripe event JSON attached. Month-end close drops from 4 days to 2 hours.
Upload a HubSpot view or Clay table. n8n checks deliverability (catch-all domain, role-based email, bounced-in-last-90-days) and drops the junk. Claude Sonnet writes a 3-step sequence per contact: step 1 is a 45-word opener referencing their most-recent signal. Step 2 lands at day 3, leads with proof. Step 3 lands at day 5, soft ask. Smartlead throttles sends across warmed-up inboxes so each domain sends under 40/day. Replies post back into HubSpot tagged positive | neutral | unsubscribe by Claude Haiku. A 500-contact sequence costs about $4 in model spend.
